Wayne Pacelle from the Animal Wellness Foundation speaks to Patti about receiving a tip rumoring the “grand reopening” of the Dededo Cockfighting Dome despite the National Prohibition of the sport. The Animal Wellness Foundation has disseminated a press release commenting on the spectacle, and when asked why his organization would choose to do this as opposed to coordinating a “sting operation” with law enforcement, Pacelle said, “We don’t want people to go to jail for this, we just want people to stop.”
