Senator of the 37th Guam Legislature, Speaker Therese Terlaje speaks to Patti about the Energy Credit Bill (Bill No. 83-37), saying that there is enough money to continue to credit residents of Guam $100 a month for five months. Speaker Terlaje also talks about plans to override the veto on Bill No. 12-37 & 13-37, continuing to voice concerns regarding the lease agreement for Eagles Field.
