Speaker of the 36th Guam Legislature, Senator Therese Terlaje speaks to Patti about Bill 230-36 (LS) which is relative to the implementation plan to pay out war claims to applicants on Guam. Speaker Terlaje says that there are issues regarding the implementation plan of the War Claims Bill, as well as an issue she has regarding the confidentiality of claimants.
