Senator of the 37th Guam Legislature, Chris Duenas speaks to Patti about a falsified bill circulating social media which depicts him as the author, adding that he is currently pursuing legal action against Julian Janssen of the FaceBook group Progressive Democrats of Guam for its distribution.
