Senator of the 36th Guam Legislature, Joanne Brown speaks to Patti via Zoom to talk about Bill 37-36, which would prevent individuals who have been convicted or plead guilty to official misconduct from being employed by the Government of Guam. Senator Brown also criticizes General Manager of the Port Authority of Guam, Rory Respecio for hiring a former Department of Corrections (DOC) officer who was convicted of official misconduct, with Brown saying that it lends to the drug culture at the Port.
