Two Early Morning Earthquakes Recorded
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) recorded an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.7 that struck 97km E of Yigo village, with a depth of 35.0 km, at 3:59 a.m. (ChST).
Another earthquake was recorded by USGS, with a preliminary magnitude of 4.9 that struck 119km SE of Rota, Northern Mariana Islands, with a depth of 18.9 km at 4:27 a.m. (ChST).
There were no reports made to Guam E911 dispatch of damages or injuries from the earthquake.
