Warning Coordination Meteorologist for National Weather Service – Guam (NWS), Landon Aydlett speaks to Patti about Tropical Storm Mindulle passing south of Guam yesterday, which has spared the island from the brunt of impact. According to Aydlett, the asymmetrical tropical system behaved as expected according to NWS models, and although Guam remains in COR3, the status could change as early as later this morning. Conditions are expected to improve as Guam progresses into the weekend.
