President of Department of Chamorro Affairs, Melvin Won Pat Borja speaks with Patti about security at the Chamorro Village, expressing that the facility has faced challenges with vandalism and unsheltered persons in the area. Despite this, Borja says there are plans to spruce up the site, as well as improve and reopen the popular Wednesday night market.
