MCOG President talks Easing of Outdoor Restrictions which may allow for Liberation Day Parade, with Patti

President of Mayor’s Council of Guam (MCOG) / Mayor of the Municipality of Piti, Jesse Alig speaks to Patti about the recent easement of social restrictions made by the Leon Guerrero-Tenorio Administration. On March 11, 2022, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero signed Executive Order No. 2022-06, which increases Guam’s indoor capacity to 100 people, and completely removes social gathering requirements for outdoor events, which gives hope to the possibility of there being a Liberation Day Parade, as well as other outdoor festivities in the future.
