MCOG President talks American Rescue Plan Funds–Awaiting Breakdown from Adelup on how to Use Funds, with Patti

Mayor of the Municipality of Piti / President of the Mayor’s Council of Guam (MCOG), Jesse Alig speaks to Patti about American Rescue Plan funds, which Adelup will be distributing a portion of to MCOG. Mayor Alig is still awaiting further guidance on how MCOG will be able to spend the funds in order to be within federal guidelines.
