President of the Mayor’s Council of Guam (MCOG) / Mayor of the Municipality of Piti, Jesse Alig, along with Mayor of the Municipality of Dededo, Melissa Savares speak to Patti about what was discussed at the military briefing yesterday held at Joint Region Marianas (JRM). Both Mayor Alig & Mayor Savares also talk about the Gift of Family program they are working on in collaboration with Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS) and MCOG to recruit more foster parents on the island.
