Mayor of the Municipality of Tamuning, Tumon & Harmon, Louise Rivera speaks to Patti about the Tamuning Municipal Planning Council rejecting the proposal of a 37-story hotel, saying that the height and density variance goes beyond what the law allows. Mayor Rivera adds that although her respective Municipal Planning Council has rejected the proposal, the final vote will be determined by the Guam Land Use Commission.
