Commander of Joint Regions Marianas, Rear Admiral Benjamin Nicholson speaks to Patti about the Eagle’s Field site, which was the proposed site to build the new Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH). According to RDML Nicholson, the Missile Defense Agency has the final say on use of Eagle’s Field, who plan on using the site to standup a missile defense system, which is something Nicholson says has been discussed with Adelup.
