Joanne Messier, wife of murder victim Adam Messier, speaks to Patti about the long journey to closing her husband’s cold case. Initially, Messier had felt frustrated, saying she did not feel authorities were doing enough, however, she thanks Guam Police Department’s Chief Stephen Ignacio, along with Guam Crime Stoppers Chairman Jim McDonald for turning the case around.
