Director of Bureau of Women’s Affairs, Jayne Flores speaks to Patti about a scholarship her organization has stood up called I Nina’Metgot Famalao’an: Making Women Stronger, a scholarship to help women attain their diplomas or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED), with the inclusion of a $500 incentive upon completion.
