Director for Guam Public Library System, Kris Seerengan & Public School Teacher / Educator, Ellen Petra speak to Patti expressing disappointment over books donated by the Library of Congress (LOC) to the Public Library, but were never received. According to Seerengan & Petra, the donated books were instead delivered to Congressman Michael San Nicolas’ office. Despite calls to Congressman San Nicolas’ office, Seerengan says he has yet to speak to anyone regarding the delivery of the books.
