Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to guest-host Ginger Cruz about rapid response teams across multiple government agencies to ensure the safety of the island community on Guam as Typhoon Mowar moves closer to the Marianas. Governor Leon Guerrero adds that she is already in contact with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to use as an additional resource to combat the effects of the typhoon.
