Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about her trip to Washington D.C. & Pohnpei with the purpose of speaking with lawmakers about Guam’s need for federal funds to be able to complete projects, such as the construction of a new hospital. Governor Leon Guerrero adds that she feels the trip was successful.
