Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about what the funding sources are for the relief programs she spoke of in her State of the Island Address. According to Governor Leon Guerrero, all funding with the exception of the Guam Power Authority (GPA) relief funds will come from the federal government.
