Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about a number of topics, to include the possibility of an early Government of Guam pay day, comments on her considerations for Senator Regine Biscoe Lee’s Recovery Income Support & Empowerment act (RISE Act / Bill 340-35), as well as Leon Guerrero’s refusal to to cancel any contracts for services to Guam’s elderly population.
