Governor Leon Guerrero talks not Lifting Cap of $300 for Prugråman Salåppe’, but Extends Eligibility, with Patti

Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about Prugråman Salåppe’, saying that although she will not lift the cap of $300, she will extend eligibility to include households of four who make $95,000 a year.
