Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about the construction of the new medical campus, reassuring listeners of NewsTalk K57 that the facility will indeed be constructed regardless of challenges brought on by the original land owner. Governor Leon Guerrero adds that the Eagles Field site that the campus is slated to be built on is not listed as military excess land.
