Governor of Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about a number of topics, to include issuing a response to Congressman Michael San Nicolas’ press release voicing concerns over the Eagle’s Field site in Mangilao for the new hospital. Governor Leon Guerrero also discusses the pay increase for officers of the Guam Police Department (GPD), as well as rising COVID-19 positive cases on Guam.
