Chairperson for Guam Board of Education (GBOE), Maria Gutierrez speaks to Patti about a meeting that is coming up on Monday to discuss how to utilize American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds. Gutierrez also speaks about donations given from Kentucky Fried Chicken – Guam to the school children of Finegayan Elementary School in the village of Dededo after students had to endure a lack of shelter from rain while moving from class to class.
