DOC Director talks Prison Master Plan being Approved, with Patti

Director for Department of Corrections (DOC), Joe Carbullido speaks to Patti about the master plan to construct a new facility being approved, and working with Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) to help find grants to assist with funding, along with tapping into Economic Income Tax Credit (EITC).
