Director of Communications for Archdiocese of Agana, Tony Diaz speaks to Pauly about some of the Catholic Schools on Guam that will be resuming in-person learning. According to Diaz, in order for either public or private schools to resuming in-person learning, they had to submit a School Mitigation Plan to Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS), pending approval, in order to move forward with the plan. Among the items on each Mitigation Plan are protocols for bussing, as well as the screening of students for symptoms of COVID-19.
