AG Moylan talks Amended Draft of Eagles Field Lease, Frustrated Over Time Frame to Review, with Patti

Attorney General of Guam, Doug Moylan speaks to Patti about the amended draft of the Eagles Field lease, voicing his frustrations in having only three days to review it. AG Moylan also expresses concern as to where the administrative provision for $1.5 million will come from.
