Attorney General of Guam, Doug Moylan speaks to Patti about things still in need of discussion regarding Eagle’s Field, which is the proposed site to house the new Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH). The continued negotiations follow an extension granted by the U.S. Navy which will allow the Government of Guam up until April 30, 2023 to finalize a decision.
