Chief Adviser for Military & Regional Affairs Acting State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO), Carlotta Leon Guerrero speaks to Patti about finding a way to release the preliminary report outlining activities taking place at the construction site for the new U.S. Marine Corp. base, which with the assistance of attorneys and others in her field, Leon Guerrero found in the language of the 2011 Programatic Agreement. Leon Guerrero also expresses her eagerness to speak with Senators of the 36th Guam Legislature by way of an oversight hearing to let the budget needs the State Historic Preservation Office be known.
